Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted until 12:00 PM Eastern Time on the day your order is processed.

We batch and submit all orders at that time to ensure fast fulfillment, so changes or cancellations requested after this cutoff may not be possible. If you need to update or cancel your order, please message us before then — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and ship orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their items within 7–10 business days from the order date. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
