The seller was so easy to deal with and got my order complete and delivered in a quick turnaround. My only slight feedback is that the soldering iron quality is slightly poorer than anticipated as the pilot light flickers on and off and is hard to gauge when it is ready to use and the custom stamp plate does not fully twist onto the end of the soldering iron as the thread cavity is not deep enough but otherwise it functions well.

It is normal for the indicator light to cycle on and off: the light turns off once the set temperature is reached. After branding wood, the temperature drops and the unit reheats, causing the indicator light to cycle accordingly. Regarding the thread depth: the 8mm stamp has limited thread depth, whereas the 10mm version can be screwed in fully. We will take your feedback into account for future product improvements.
