We recommend going to your local jeweler or contact us and we can send you a free ring sizer kit!
Custom and personalized orders
All engraved rings that are returned are subject to a restocking fee (depending on style). Engraved rings include the outside main design or inside personalization.

Care instructions
We recommend not using chemical cleaners and sticking with water and a soft cloth on all of our items. Chemical cleaners may wear away any plating on items.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are shipped in a plastic/paper package, all rings come in a small black ring box. Upgrades are possible, just message us!

We are open to business inquiries, feel free to message us.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are a small fee (varies on ring style). We offer up to 1 size exchange within 2 weeks of purchase (varies on style). Once your sizing is confirmed correct, we no longer offer size exchanges. We can extend size exchange offers to 1 year if you are purchasing as a gift for a recipient (please notify us). After 1 year, a replacement ring will need to be purchased. International shipping rates apply for all size exchanges.
Custom and personalized orders
We cannot provide discounted size exchanges after 2 attempts, you will have to provide photo proof of a ring size measurement and purchase a new ring.
Returns
All returned engraved rings are subject to a $20-$30 restock fee depending on style.
