Epic Battles Begin on Your Tabletop
Hello, my name is Chris and welcome to Ripley's Wargames. I named the shop after my dog Ripley (my wife has a store named after another of our dogs, so i thought i'd join in).
I started collecting miniatures when i was about 10 years old and painting them at the same time, now i'm well into my 30's and i still collect them to this day. Selfishly I wanted another way to collect miniatures and decided to print my own. After a few dud models i got the hang of it and wanted to share my passion with other people.
This is where Ripley's Wargames began! I'm sure everyone at some point has ordered miniatures from somewhere to receive a bland looking and a mess of a miniature thats just useful for the rubbish pile.
So I wanted to make sure that with every thing i create, my heart and soul and hardwork goes into it. I want give you every details possible, which is why I use high quality resin to make sure everything that is supposed to stand out, does.
I have not yet created my own STL's to create my own models, but in the mean time, when i do use other artists creations, I want to show off their model the best way possible.
