Non-collection or refusal of a parcel

If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any reshipping fees. Refunds will exclude original and return shipping charges

Sizing details

If you are unsure of sizing please contact us directly and we will do our best to help, our masks are all made from existing moulds, we are therefore unable to create different sizes of the same mask.

Custom and personalised orders

We are happy to create custom paint jobs for our masks, just get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.

Care instructions

Please keep your latex mask out of direct sunlight, wipe with a damp cloth after use, talcum powder can be used inside the mask to ensure it stays dry. Stuffing your mask with a towel when not in use can help it to keep its shape.
