No. Every RipplePages PDF is a standard printable PDF, not an interactive form. You cannot type into them in a normal PDF reader.

Print them and write by hand, or import the PDF into a third-party annotation app such as GoodNotes or Notability and write with a stylus. Only the Excel workbooks are typed into directly.

Printables ship in BOTH US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4 (210 x 297 mm): every emotional-wellness workbook, every shift-work planner, The Focus Reset, Server Training, Bar Training, and the Operations Bundle manuals. The Excel workbooks are not paper-size dependent.

For PDFs: any modern PDF reader, plus a printer or a tablet annotation app. For the Excel files: Microsoft Excel (desktop) is recommended for full formula and dropdown support. They also open in LibreOffice. Google Sheets is not tested and is not claimed - if you work exclusively in Sheets, the Excel-based systems are not the right fit.

PRINTING & LICENSE: print freely for yourself or inside your own business. Restaurant products are licensed to one buyer and one restaurant business, so print for your own team. Personal products are licensed for your own personal use. Please don't resell, redistribute, share, or upload any source files.

They're templates and operating documents, not software. There is no POS, payroll, accounting, or inventory-system integration and no automation - you enter your own numbers. Labor tracking is deliberately summary-level. Target values shipped in the workbooks are editable examples, not benchmarks; replace them with targets approved for your own operation.

The skill sign-offs in Server Training and Bar Training are your internal training records. They are not legal or third-party certifications. Where your state or city requires an alcohol-server certification, that requirement comes first.
