How do I access and edit my purchased template?
Upon completing your purchase, you'll receive a PDF file containing a link to your template. Clicking this link will open the template in Canva, a free online design platform. If you don't have a Canva account, you'll need to create one. Once logged in, you can customize the template to suit your branding needs.
What types of templates do you offer, and which software do I need?
We provide templates such as business cards, pricing guides, social media templates, and branding kits. Most of our templates are designed for Canva, ensuring easy editing without professional design software. Each listing specifies the required software, so please check before purchasing.
Can I use the template for commercial projects or multiple clients?
Our templates are for personal use only, meaning you can customize and use them for your own brand or business. Reselling, sharing, or using them for multiple clients is not allowed. If you need a template for commercial use (e.g., selling designs using our template as a base), please contact us for licensing options.
What is your refund policy on digital products?
