Rising Calm began as a personal healing journey. While learning to slow down and listen to my body, I started creating simple, natural, remedies for myself — serums, salves, and blends made from herbs and oils I trusted. Friends and family began asking for what I was making , and what started at my own kitchen table slowly grew into something bigger. Rising Calm was born from the desire to share what truly helped me feel calmer, more balanced, and more at home in my body.

I’m inspired by nature, ancient plant wisdom, and the power of slowing down. I believe there’s something deeply healing about returning to what the body recognizes and responds to naturally.
