4 out of 5 starsThe actual pendant is individual and well made, but note the estimated dates on the seller's site because it will take as long as the full time quoted, so please take this into account when ordering. Also if you are ordering the pendant but not the chain, establish with the seller if this comes with the bail (top hook) as you need this to fit a chain through. Initially mine arrived without this but the seller did rectify this at no additional charge. However, this did add to the time to get the full wearable pendant. Now that I have the finished piece I am very happy with it and it does look like the picture. It's not cheap but the quality does make me feel I have received value for money.

5 out of 5 starsIt was great working with Nathan on creating a custom ring. I've received many compliments on the ring, and my friends have asked where I got it from, links to the shop, etc. Definitely recommend it if you're looking to make a custom ring.

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love my unique ring! I would give Nathan 10 stars for customer service if I could. There were a few issues with my order and he was very courteous, responsive, and solution oriented. Shipping to the US can be a little tricky but in the end, my package arrived and I get to enjoy my special ring. From one artist to another, thank you!
