5 out of 5 starsI had a small issue with the original SVG and contacted the seller. He responded almost immediately, fixed the file incredibly quickly, was super kind throughout the whole process, and even refunded me for the inconvenience even though I told him he didn’t need to. Truly excellent customer service. The corrected SVG worked great. If my finished shirt looks a little puffier than intended, that is 100% on me because I somehow managed to grab PUFF vinyl instead of regular HTV from my own stash and did not realize it until it was already coming out of the heat press. 🤦🏻♀️😂 So please do not blame the file for my spectacularly obvious crafting mistake. I would absolutely buy from this shop again. The seller went above and beyond, and I really appreciated how quickly and kindly he handled everything.
