To add personalized details for your order you must first add the item to your cart. Once you have the item in the cart go to the checkout. At checkout you will see a "note to seller" box. In the not to seller enter your monogram in monogram format (First, Last, Middle). You can also include any other details about your order in the note to seller box.

Please make sure that your monogram is in the correct format (First, Last, Middle). I cannot issue refunds for mistakes on the buyers part.

You also include in the note to seller your thread color choice, font choice, and quarter zip color. If any of this information is missing I will reach out to you in hopes of receiving it. This could ultimately delay your items production time.

If you wish to send an item as a gift that will be shipping directly to the recipient, I am more than happy to gift wrap the item for you. I will also include a personalized note for you as well. Please leave any gift wrapping information in the "note to seller" box at checkout.

You can locate the font and thread color choices by clicking on the listing photo. It will bring you to the next photos where you will see font options, as well as, thread color options.

***For monogram items we advise turning your items inside out and washing them on delicate or hand wash. If possible, we suggest drying your items on delicate or hang drying them.

Tea Towels and Applique Items
***Please wash these items on delicate or hand wash and leave out to hang dry. If you have to put them in the dryer, we advise you dry them on the lowest setting possible. All appliqué items can be ironed.

Absolutely! Generally, we offer discounts on 5 items or more, however, this is subject to change depending on circumstance. Please convo/email me if you would like to inquire about a bulk discount. Our discount is generally 10 percent!

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items lost in the mail
