Frequently asked questions
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can resolve the issue quickly.
Please send me a message with clear photos of:
• The damaged item
• The packaging
• The shipping label (with your name and address visible)
These photos help me assess the issue and contact the shipping or print provider if needed.
Once I've reviewed the information, I’ll offer a suitable resolution. This may include a free replacement, a refund, or another fair solution depending on the situation.
Returns & Refunds
All of my prints and frames are made to order, so I’m unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your selection before placing your order.
I’m happy to offer refunds or replacements if there are:
• Printing or quality issues
• Rare cases where something went wrong on my side
Please note that I cannot offer refunds for:
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Items damaged during transit (however, I will happily send a free replacement)
If you experience any issues with your order, please feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delays or Late Arrivals
Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to couriers or customs processing. Unfortunately, these situations are outside of my control.
I’m unable to issue refunds unless a parcel has been officially marked as lost by the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. During busy periods such as holidays, orders may take a little longer to arrive.

Print Quality & Colour Differences
If your item arrives with a printing error or fault, I’m happy to offer a free replacement or refund. Please send me a message with the details and include clear photos so I can review the issue.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in screen calibration. This is normal and does not qualify as a printing fault or reason for return.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
I’m unable to offer free replacements if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. If the order is returned to me, I can arrange to resend it, but the customer will be responsible for the re-printing and re-shipping costs.
If your parcel is being held by your local post office due to an address issue, you may need to collect it or update the delivery information directly with your local carrier.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been printed or shipped.
Because all items are made to order, once an order enters production I’m unable to guarantee a cancellation, even if the order has not yet been marked as dispatched.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.
