Let me just start by saying that Jeannie is an absolute angel to work with. There was some kind of issue with USPS returning the package to sender despite the address and postage amount being correct (no fault of theirs). Jeannie offered to split the cost of reshipping to me which btw wasn’t cheap for heavy bookends. She had no obligation to pay that and was so willing to work with me! She communicated diligently with me to track the package and figure out what was going on. A+++ customer service and communication is why they DEFINITELY will be getting my business in the future. Oh, and the bookends are amazing too 😉
