Grazie per esserti fermato e aver considerato il mio sapone e salve. Produco tutto il sapone naturale per il processo a freddo dal 2002. Ho fatto migliaia e migliaia di barrette di sapone freddo in quel periodo per la mia famiglia e i miei amici e ora per te. Adoro fare il sapone.
1.) Un po 'di me, sono una madre single e 8 anni veterano dell'esercito. Lo sto facendo da solo, non ho dipendenti e ho ansia e artrite debilitanti. Per favore, sii paziente con me. :-)
2.) Non ho una macchina. Per questo motivo, spedisco gli ordini solo il venerdì. Ordinando da me, capisci questo e capisci anche che se è in calo o 110 gradi F fuori, o sono malato, il tuo ordine verrà spedito il giorno successivo che sto bene o il tempo si è schiarito.
3.) TUTTE LE VENDITE SONO DEFINITIVE. Offrirò rimborsi in nessun caso.
4.) C'è un ordine minimo di $ 10,00. Nessuna eccezione a questo. (Dieci dollari di prodotto, esclusa la spedizione)
5.) Ordini personalizzati/speciali. Trovo che sia meglio se non faccio ordini speciali, essendo che sono un "One Man Show" e gestisco ogni parte del processo, dalla scelta degli ingredienti del sapone, all'acquisto di forniture, alla produzione del sapone, alla cura e alla conservazione del sapone, alla fotografia del sapone, all'elenco di ogni nuovo sapone, alla vendita, all'imballaggio, al camminare per lunghe distanze per spedire il sapone.
6.) Non posso fornirti consigli medici e sono legalmente limitato dal rispondere alle tue domande relative alla salute. È bello che tutti i prodotti naturali possano essere utili, ma poiché non sono un medico, non posso garantire nulla.
7.) I saponi, ecc., Saranno elencati man mano che sono in grado di crearli. Il sapone di processo a freddo richiede tre/quattro settimane per polimerizzare. I miei saponi sono versati a mano e possono avere imperfezioni. Tutti i miei saponi sono versati a mano e possono avere imperfezioni. La cenere di sapone è bianca e può verificarsi nel processo di polimerizzazione sul sapone di processo a freddo. Si lava via con la prima corda e non influisce sulla qualità del sapone. Tutte le erbe utilizzate nelle mie salse sono biologiche. Acquisto le mie fragranze da un rivenditore di forniture di sapone molto rispettato che testa tutte le loro fragranze in saponi di processo a freddo per vedere come si comportano e reggono.
8.) Hai una settimana dal giorno in cui spedisco il tuo sapone per segnalare qualsiasi cosa mancante dal tuo ordine.
9.) Personalmente ho usato circa 50 diverse fragranze e oli essenziali dal 2002 e posso dirti che si tratta di fragranze eccezionali. Se non lo usassi per la mia famiglia, non lo metterei nel tuo sapone. Siamo stati "croccanti" e molto tutti naturali per oltre un decennio. :-) Grazie per aver scelto Robin's Soap Shoppe! :-)
10.) Ti consiglio di utilizzare un portasapone con fori, per permettere al tuo sapone di asciugarsi tra un uso e l'altro, in modo da durare più a lungo. Godere!

Thank you for stopping by and considering my soap and salve. I have been making all natural cold process soap since 2002. I've made thousands and thousands bars of cold process soap in that time for my family and friends and now for you. I love making soap.
1.) A little about ,me, I am a single mother and 8 year Army veteran. I am doing this alone, have no employees, and have debilitating anxiety and arthritis. Please be patient with me. :-)
2.) I do not have a car. Because of this, I mail out orders on Fridays only. By ordering from me, you understand this and also understand that if it is downpouring or 110F degrees out, or I am sick, your order will be mailed out on the next day that I am well or weather has cleared.
3.) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I will offer refunds under no circumstances.
4.) There is a minimum order of $10.00. No exceptions to this. (Ten dollars of product, not to include shipping)
5.) Custom/Special Orders. I find it better if I don't do special orders, being that I am a "One Man Show" and handle each part of the process, from choosing soap ingredients, purchasing supplies, making the soap, curing and storing the soap, photographing soap,listing each new soap, selling, packaging, to walking long distances to mail soap.
6.) I can not provide you with medical advice and am legally restricted from answering your health related questions. It is lovely that all natural products may be beneficial, but as I am not a physician, I can not guarantee anything.
7.) Soaps, etc, will be listed as I am able to create them. Cold process soap takes three/four weeks to cure. My soaps are hand poured and may have imperfections. All of my soaps are hand poured and may have imperfections. Soap ash is white and may occur in the curing process on cold process soap. It washes off with the first wath and does not affect the quality of your soap. Each soap will have a brief description with it and whether it is scented or not. Any colorant used in my soaps is approved for use in skin care products and is safe to use. All of the herbs used in my salves are organic. I purchase my fragrances from a well respected soap supplies dealer who tests all of their fragrances in cold process soaps to see how they perform and hold up.
8.) You have one week from the day that I mail your soap to report anything missing from your order.
9.) I have personally used right around 50 different fragrances and essential oils since 2002 and can tell you that these are exceptional fragrances. If I would not use it for my family, I would not put it in your soap. We have been "crunchy" and very all natural minded for over a decade. :-) Thank you for choosing Robin's Soap Shoppe! :-)
10.) I advise that you use a soap dish with holes, to allow your soap to dry in between uses, in order to last longer. Enjoy!
