Fun and elegant jewelry

Thanks for stopping by. My colorful lightweight jewelry started when a friend had a craft day, Jan. 2015. I had no craft so I picked up a jewelry tool set, some wire, and some beads. I managed to make a pair of earrings. I was out of work, with nothing to do and my new tool set, so I began making jewelry and giving it away. Before I knew it I had over 100 pieces!
Friends encouraged me to sell it, but I didn’t know how. My friend Tami, who sold crafts before, signed me up for a church flea market. The church was in a cemetery. There we sat outside in the middle of a cemetery with about 10 people around us. They were all selling junk from their basements. To my surprise, everyone loved what I did and bought my jewelry! I sold about $300 that day. Next I moved to street fairs. Then I made a website. Everyone said I need to try Etsy, so that is how I got here. My hobby has gone awry. Luckily I am loving it!
I started by copying jewelry. With the encouragement of my friend to do "original work" I finally discovered how to make the colorful jewelry you see now. I am excited to see what is next!
I love using rainbow colors but have many pieces in tones of all the same hue. Look at all pictures for each item to see the item in other colors. I love to do custom pieces and can do any piece in any color combination.
