Unfortunately, I never received this item. The seller was unresponsive but Etsy issued my refund. It turns out the seller is now on break for mental health issues. I am submitting this review so I stop getting notifications to review. Since I at least received my money back, I have no hard feelings, and didn’t feel comfortable leaving a negative review. Never received item. Waited months and then asked for a refund. Messaged seller twice and got an old message about mailing everything after March. It’s June / July when I should have got this. Ordered to protect books on honeymoon and finally got refund 2 months after honeymoon.

The item was never received and there was no response or communication from this seller. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

The tracking still says that usps hasn’t received the package. I tried to be patient because I know life happens but because the seller was never the one to initiate contact, I finally put a claim into Etsy and got a refund. I now see her shop is open again which leaves me frustrated.
