Tracked delivery - how it works when the package is lost?
Tracking information is available on Poczta Polska website. If your package is lost and it was not delivered within around 12 weeks I will open a case at the Poczta Polska and ask for a refund. The whole procedure takes around 3 months, but if your package is lost you will get your money back (excluding postage amount).
What is a delivery time?
The approximate delivery time for Registered Mail by Poczta Polska is:
- Poland: 3/5 working days
- Europe: 1/5 weeks
- USA: 2/7 weeks
- the rest of the world: 2/12 weeks or longer.
The package will be trackable most likely only in Poland. Once it is sent outside of Poland, detailed tracking may not be available.
Please bear in mind that the delivery address cannot be changed once the package is posted. All packages must be signed upon delivery.

Delivery time in December & New Year - when do I have to place an order to get my package before Christmas?
Orders placed in November & December are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas & New Year.
If you wish to receive your item before Christmas, I strongly advise placing an order by 10th of November, especially if you live outside of EU.
Refund
Refund is issued only in a case when an item is returned to me in a perfect condition, allowing to resale it or a package is lost. A refund is issued less postage fee and less return postage fee.
If an item is damaged and I am not able to resale it, your order is non refundable.
If your package is lost, I will issue a refund less postage fee after Polish post office sends me a refund, typically within a month of contacting me by a buyer.
