Tracked delivery - how it works when the package is lost?

Tracking information is available on Poczta Polska website. If your package is lost and it was not delivered within around 12 weeks I will open a case at the Poczta Polska and ask for a refund. The whole procedure takes around 1 month, but if your package is lost you will get your money back (excluding postage amount).

What is a delivery time?

The approximate delivery time for by Poczta Polska, GlobalExpress is:

- Poland: 2/5 working days (InPost or Poczta Polska)
- Europe: 1/2 weeks (GlobalExpress)
- the rest of the world: 2/4 weeks (GlobalExpress)

The package will be trackable in Poland, then once accepted in your country, you can track it on your country Post Office website.

Please bear in mind that the delivery address cannot be changed once the package is posted. All packages must be signed upon delivery.

Please make sure your address is up to date. Your package will be sent by Registered mail, by Poczta Polska. All products in my shop are handmade and made to order.

Delivery time in December & New Year - when do I have to place an order to get my package before Christmas?

Orders placed in November & December are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas & New Year.
If you wish to receive your item before Christmas, I strongly advise placing an order by 10th of November, especially if you live outside of EU.

Refund

A refund is issued only if the item is returned to me in perfect condition, allowing for resale, or if the package is lost.

The refund will be issued minus the original postage fee.

Please bear in mind that I have to pay return postage fee to be able to pick up the package.

If an item is damaged and cannot be resold, your order is non-refundable.

For lost packages, I will issue a refund, after the Polish post office provides me with a refund, typically within a month of the buyer contacting me.

Can I return my order?

All chalk bags are made to order; therefore, in general, I do not accept returns.

If I agree for order being returned, these are conditions:

- The buyer must return the order within the same timeframe in which the order was delivered to the buyer, but no later than within 21 days.
- The buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.
- The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs, and in the case of an exchange, for the exchange postage cost.
