We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once they leave my hands. In most instances, all lost, stolen and returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer but please contact us if you do have any problems with your order so the situation can be examined more closely. We work extremely hard making these products and carefully shipping them out to you and cannot take responsibility for a failure within the USPS system.
However, if an item you receive is severely damaged, please take a photo of the item and contact me immediately (within 24 hours of delivery confirmation). I will work with you to remedy the situation so that both parties are satisfied.
