It arrived timely, but it felt like forever since I’ll admit I’ve been spoiled by free one day shipping by the company who shall not be named. But this is a hand-made product and quality takes time, and that’s what I got. If you are on the fence about ordering, DO IT, you won’t be disappointed.

Care instructions
You can wash most collars and leashes! Just hand-wash or wash on gentle cycle in cold water. Then, lay flat to dry.
Sizing details
Be sure to review the size of the collars on each listing - including the width of the collars. Some styles of collars only come in 1" width - which may be too large for smaller dogs.
The length of a collar is measured to include the buckle, just as it would measure when the collar is on your dog's neck.
Wear & tear
The decorative items (ribbons) on the collars are novelty items, and I can not guarantee their durability. Most decorative components will not hold up to excessive scratching, exposure to the elements, etc.
However, the underlying components to the collar (the nylon webbing, buckles) should all be durable and long-lasting.
Safety
Buyer is responsible for ensuring the safety of the pet and that the collars or accessories used are appropriate for their pet.
Please be sure to check your dog's collar or leash frequently to ensure it's still durable and safe for use.
For dogs that are strong pullers, highly active, or for use with tie-outs, we strongly recommend considering a fixed-length collar or a harness to ensure maximum security. Always check your collar's fit frequently to ensure your pet's safety.

If you are located within the United States, and wish to receive your item sooner than the estimate given -- please purchase the upgrade to Priority Mail shipping. Items ordered with Priority Mail shipping will be given priority in the order I make items, so it will ship out faster than the standard estimate.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are acceptable on most items (except custom) within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & items must be returned in new condition. Refunds are provided for the purchase cost only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
