Payment
I accept PayPal, or any major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Orders will not ship until payment has cleared. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be canceled and the item re-listed. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

I ship through priority mail with the Spanish postal service. I will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check on the package location.
Please be sure to indicate the correct address for shipping your purchase. I will always ship to your ETSY ADDRESS unless specified otherwise. For any other details about shipment please convo me. Be advised that if you give a bad address and your parcel is returned, there will be additional postal charges to re-send.
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service, please let me know what you would like the note to say (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note to Romanesca" during checkout.
Romanesca is located in Madrid, Spain, in Europe.
- Domestic shipping within Spain normally takes 2-3 working days.
- Packages shipped to Europe normally take 5-8 working days.
- Shipping to the USA has been experiencing some delays due to American customs legislation. Packages normally take around 2 weeks to arrive, however some have been delayed as long as 10 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.
- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.
If you are outside the EU, please note that the buyer is responsible for all additional customs charges.
