I try to put all in one bag. Please take a close look at your order and review your order receipt from your Etsy account to see if you got the accurate quantity of balls for the string length you purchased.

Orders will be sent to the USPS within a time frame showing on each listing. Once I purchased a shipping label for your order, the tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track it yourself. It is your responsibility at this step to track your package using the given tracking number.

I'm not responsible for packages after they are picked up by the USPS. I don't track or handle your shipment. I will not be liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. It is solely the purchaser's responsibility to contact your local post office promptly to locate the packages. Again, should you need further info on your package whereabouts, you need to contact the USPS as they handle your package. I don't have any control over their work.

Please make sure that you entered the complete correct shipping address. The system will use whichever info you enter into the shipping info section at the time of check out. Therefore, if the shipping info is wrong or missing (for example, missing apartment #), the package might be lost or returned. The purchaser will need to pay the shipping fee for the package to be shipped back out.

If a buyer simply do not want it shipped back out but wants a refund instead, it will be considered as "return" and there will be a 15% restocking fee issued on the item.

All orders will be sent within their originally listed timeframe. "Rush Order" options are available at checkout if you want to receive your order sooner. Please note that I finish the order in the order I received it.

Domestic delivery via USPS Ground generally takes about 2-6 business days once items have been shipped, this can and will vary based on where you are at and the time of the year.
 It may takes much longer during major holiday seasons.

My order processing time differs for each listing and "Off Season" items are on longer processing time.

Each listing shows "Estimated Delivery" date so please refer to it. Also, this info can be found from your shopping cart before checking out.

All USPS Ground mails are NOT insurance covered. If you want your package delivered in safe, please request me and I will adjust the shipping for you OR pick one of "Rush Order - USPS Priority" at checkout which automatically covers insurance up to US$100.00

I currently carry 2.5cm and 3cm balls. It is very important to know that each ball have been hand felted and unique.

The balls are hand made in Nepal and I am using whatever I was given. Please expect that there is naturally a variation in size within colors; some colors tend to be slightly larger OR smaller than other color.

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings. Also, there may be some slight color difference between each dye lots. Please understand that I cannot upload a new picture of different colors each time.

The string length is in ft ('), not in inch ("). The balls are either 1" OR 1 1/8" big in size. For example, if the string is 3 inches long, how possibly twelve 1 inch balls could be fit in it? All the detail info are given in the description/details. It is a buyer's responsibility to read it carefully to find out what the listings are about.
