What is printable wall art?
Printable wall art is digital artwork that you can download and print at home or through a professional printing service. Once you purchase the file, it's yours to print and display in your space. However, Brash & Cheeky Designs remains the sole copyright holder of all designs. Prints/designs may not be shared, copied or resold.
How do I download my files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link via email. You can also access your downloads through your account dashboard under the "purchases" section here - www.etsy.com/your/purchases
How do I access my files?
Once you download the .PDF file from Etsy, there will be a clickable link on the first page of your .PDF, that will take you to your files for download.
Logging in with Apple ID
When signing into Etsy through the app, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc, to keep your personal email private.
In turn, you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it was sent to the randomly created email address.
If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (www.etsy.com - not the app), please reach out to me through Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.
Downloading your files from DropBox
You do not need a Dropbox account to download the files. If prompted to log-in or sign-up, click the "or continue with download only". I always download your files directly to your personal computer or device. Brash & Cheeky Design is not responsible for storing files, for future access.
To download the high resolutions files, open the individual file you need and do a direct download by clicking the download icon.
DO NOT right click and save the image shown on your screen. This only saves a low resolution preview image that will not print well.
Download each file that you need individually. Do not download entire folders unless you are familiar with extracting compressed zip files.
Purchasing an item without and Etsy account
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive a .PDF file containing a clickable link to your files and additional information for printing. All files will be in high resolution .jpeg format.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
No. Our products are for personal use only. They may not be altered, shared, sold or redistributed in part or whole, in any medium.

How can I print the files?
You have several options for printing:
• At home: If you have a high-quality printer, you can print directly at home on paper or canvas.
• Local print shop: Visit a local printing store and provide them with the digital file. (do not provide links)
• Online print service: Upload your file to an online print service (like Shutterfly or Staples), and they will print and ship it to you.
What type of paper should I choose?
• A heavyweight matte paper or card stock is a perfect budget friendly choice.
• Premium archival fine art paper with a slight watercolor or linen texture will result in the most authentic vintage art reproductions.
