For the home you're leaving, and the one that comes next
The hardest part of moving out of a family home usually isn't the boxes. It's the china cabinet nobody has room for. The piano. Forty years of photographs. Three siblings with three different opinions, and a move date that doesn't care about any of it.
Room to Keep makes printable planners for exactly these moves: downsizing, helping Mom or Dad move, moving into a smaller place, deciding who gets what, and clearing out a family home.
When we looked at what was out there for moves like these, we mostly found basic checklists. They told you to "sort each room" but not how to decide what stays, what will actually fit in the new place, or how to divide the work with your family. So we made the planners we felt were missing. Each one pairs a calm, beautifully illustrated guide with pages you'll actually use: room-by-room inventories, furniture measurement sheets, and a simple way to keep track of who is handling what.
They're made to be printed at home, written on in pen, and left on the kitchen table until the job is done.
Room to Keep is a small design studio. Every guide, worksheet and spreadsheet is designed and written by us, and checked page by page before it goes into the shop.
Please note: our planners are organizing tools. They aren't legal, financial, or medical advice.
