Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We were surprised to learn about this additional charge, as we have not encountered this before. We pay for shipping and export-related customs procedures here in Morocco before every shipment. We honestly don't know why FedEx requested an additional $16 after delivery. Any import charges, if applied, are determined by the destination country's customs authorities or the carrier and are outside our control. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback.

My new Thuya box is beautifully made of a material that is beautiful in itself. The price is justified by the intricate workmanship displayed in the production. Importantly, please don’t let the timescale of the transaction put you off. The reward comes when it is adorning your dwelling. My personal problem is the itch I’m getting wanting another of these lovely treasures. Thank you RootThuya and thank you Etsy.
