3 out of 5 starsThe plant arrived well wrapped, but the top part of the graft is dry and the bottom part is a little green

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback! For grafted bare-root plants, it is completely normal for the top scion to appear dry or display a dull color after traveling through transit. During shipping, plants conserve energy, but as long as the base and root system remain healthy and green, the plant is alive and ready to wake up. With proper care, light watering, and a little patience, the top buds will begin to break dormancy and flush out new growth as it settles into its new home. We truly appreciate your support!

4 out of 5 starsI received a 'stick', that was wrapped in Seran wrap, and was one heck of a time getting it out of the wrapping. Fortunately, what roots there were were nice and damp, so I immediately potted it. Hopefully, it will survive. But doesn't look anything like what I would expect a sapling to look like. Wouldn't buy from this seller again.

Thank you for your feedback and for potting your new plant right away! what you received is a healthy dormant, bare-root sapling. We deliberately prune back the top growth and securely wrap the roots in plastic to lock in moisture and protect the plant during transit. While it may look like a "stick" right now, this is actually the safest and most professional way to ship live plants! Since you noted the roots were nice and damp, your plant has a fantastic head start. We stand behind our plants 100%—please give it a little time to wake up, and if you have any issues with it thriving, just send us a message. We've got you covered!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Soaking the bare roots in water before planting is a perfect first step to help the plant transition. We are so excited for your new tree to take root and grow. Wishing you happy planting and a thriving garden!

1 out of 5 starsI am not very impressed with the stick if I knew before I would’ve bought this. Regretting now

Hi ,we are sorry to hear that the initial appearance of the tree was not what you expected! As a professional nursery, we ship high-quality, fully guaranteed grafted fruit trees in their dormant, bare-root state. While it might look like a simple 'stick' right now because it is sleeping, this is actually the healthiest and safest way to ship and transplant fruit trees to minimize transplant shock. We absolutely stand behind our 100% variety and quality guarantee. Once planted in the ground, it typically takes about 4 to 6 weeks for the tree to break dormancy and push out beautiful new growth. Plant it with confidence, and please feel free to message us directly if you need any planting instructions or support!
