Delivery address
I send the item to the address you have on file with Etsy - unless you notify me otherwise.
Please double check it before placing an order. I usually ship out package within 1-2 business days so you have time to contact me and provide with correct details.
But I CANNOT be held responsible for any mistakes made by the you. If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay additional charges for re-sending the package once again.

Can I cancel my order?
Most of the items I offer in my shop are made to order. And I almost always start making them immediately after the request arrives. For that reason I rarely accept cancellation requests.
You have an unlimited time to make your decision before placing an order ;)
I hope you can understand it.
