HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

I try my best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated processing time it takes me to dispatch your order is detailed below:

Cards: Dispatched within 1-2 working days
Prints: Dispatched within 1-2 working days
2021 Calendars: Dispatched within 1-2 working days
Made-to-order Prints (not listed): Dispatched within 1-2 weeks

Once processed and shipped, Royal Mail's estimates for delivery worldwide are as follows:

United Kingdom (First Class): 1-2 working days
Europe (International Airmail): 3-5 working days
Worldwide (International Airmail): 5-7 working days

During busy periods such as the holiday season, orders may take longer to process due to high demand.

HOW MIGHT THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AFFECT MY ORDER?

Royal Mail is doing a wonderful job during the Covid-19 crisis. However, your order may experience delays due to reduced delivery schedules and social distancing regulations. This is for the safety of everyone, so please be respectful and take into account the current situation when expecting your order. Your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date, especially with the additional strain of the busy holiday season, so please factor this in when ordering and aim to shop as early as possible.

Any delivery issues or delays are out of my control, so I highly recommend choosing Tracked Delivery at checkout, especially for international customers outside of the UK.

WILL MY ORDER REACH ME IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS 2020?

In line with Royal Mail's 2020 recommended posting dates, any orders required in time for Christmas will need to be placed prior to the following dates.

United Kingdom: Thursday 17th December
Europe: Thursday 10th December
Rest of the World: Thursday 3rd December

However, unfortunately this is still not a guarantee, due to extremely high demand and additional delays caused by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. If you are concerned, I highly recommend shopping as early as possible and choosing Tracked Delivery at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery times and any delays are unfortunately outside of my control.

THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME HAS PASSED AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please message me if you have concerns about your order, or have not yet received your order. I will do my best to rectify the situation, but unfortunately delivery issues and delays are in the hands of the Postal Service and outside of my control.

For international customers outside of the UK, delays may also be caused by Customs, who may hold parcels for days, weeks or even months. Again, this is out of my control. Also please see FAQ on the Covid-19 Pandemic for more info on postal delays this year.

If you still have not received your item after the following time has passed I will offer a replacement or refund:

UK: 2 working days + 10 working days
Europe: 5 working days + 10 working days
Rest of the World: 2 weeks + 10 working days
