Our standard production time is 1 - 3 business days except at busy times of year when this may be extended.

Delivery estimates are taken from when the item is shipped and not when the order is placed so please factor in the production time when placing your order. Shipping notifications will be sent to the email address that you used to sign up to Etsy.

**IMPORTANT - Please remember that these are ESTIMATES and international mail can on occasions be subject to delays. You should be prepared to allow up to 30 days for your item to arrive before contacting us. Also remember that shipping times are taken from when the order is dispatched.

The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependant on the postal service in your country.

Standard airmail does not provide tracking.

All international packages have a customs declaration. We cannot mark items as gifts - this is illegal.

You are responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc you may incur in your country.

To make it easy for gift giving all items are beautifully presented in gift boxes tied with ribbon.

When ordering from our shop we collect certain information from you relevant to completing your order. This includes name, street address including any postal/area code and country and email address. Where applicable this may include any additional information which is required for your order and provided by yourself (such as family member names for personalisation on jewellery items).

2 - Why we need your information and how we use it

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

- as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

- Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
