The shipping was straightforward and the packaging was so carefully done, pinned to foam inside the box so it didn’t tangle. Everyone raved about it at my wedding. Highly recommend.

Shipping
INTERNATIONAL
For international orders I will use a trackable mail service. If your country doesn't offer tracking then I'm afraid I will have to refund you, and won't be able to send you the item.
International purchases could take up to three week to arrive, although two weeks is more likely,(and you will be able to check on the parcels progress online to see whats happening to it, and where it is in the postal system!)
UK
For UK deliveries I will use the 'First Class Signed For' service.
Orders from Germany
Currently I'm unable to process orders to Germany due to the new packaging act that came in to force on the 1st July 2022. I'm in the process of applying for certification.
