Custom Orders Not Yet Shipped: If production has begun in any way (even if the custom piece has not yet shipped) the custom fee associated with the order will NOT be refunded.
Custom Orders That Have Shipped: There are no returns accepted on custom created orders or custom stamped pieces.

Please be aware of the lengths and sizes of the jewelry you are ordering. Contact us with any questions about this- we have great images and resources that may help. If you need your pieces lengthened or shortened after purchase there will be a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, Charlie!

{{{TAKING CARE OF THOSE GEMS}}}
Our pieces are made with care from super duper high quality materials. Jewelry should be worn with care and treated well. Delicate chains are extremely beautiful with a side of fragile. Please take care of your pieces!
Jewelry stored in small plastic bags (like the one your jewels were shipped in) will keep the jewelry from tarnishing.
If the jewelry does tarnish, simply use a jewelry polishing cloth or jewelry polishing solution.
Remove jewelry before showering, going to bed or participating in any physical activity.
Keep jewelry away from chemicals and cleaning products.

*Gold Filled Metals are a super high quality metal. Basically- solid 14K gold mechanically bonded over sterling silver or brass. The color looks exactly like 14K gold at a fraction of the cost. It will not change color and last a lifetime. Most people do not have allergies to gold filled metals.

*Sterling Silver Metals are made of 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper. Pure silver is costly and super soft to work with. Sterling silver is an ultra high quality metal.

RWD no longer accepts returns or exchanges. All pieces are handmade and personalized which creates an issue for returns.

Please contact us if you are looking to make a return/exchange. We do sometimes make exceptions. This decision will be made by RWD staff.
