Pre-made items will be processed within 4 working days, which does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
All UK postage is Standard Second Class Royal Mail which takes 3-4 working days (on top of processing time). Upgrades to First Class Recorded postage is available at the check out.
All quoted postage outside the UK is Standard Airmail, which usually takes between 5-10 full working days to arrive (on top of processing time), however, items can be held up at international customs and can therefore take a full 25 working days to arrive. Standard Airmail DOES NOT include any tracking info, you can upgrade to tracked international shipping at the checkout.
