How do I download the files?
Go to YOU ---> PURCHASES and REVIEWS and there you will be able to download your files by clicking on the DOWNLOAD FILES button
Can I get a different size?
Yes! All size changes are free. All you have to do is to purchase the listing you wish to have and let me know in the note to seller the size you wish to receive. I will send you the customized size to the email address associated with your Etsy account within 24 hours.
How do I print my artwork?
There are many ways to print.
1. Print your files from your home or office printer.
2. Upload your files online to Shutterfly.com or Mpix.com
3. Email your files to a local print shop like Staples or Fedex Kinkos.
What is the best paper type to print on?
For colorful artwork with lots of rich tones - Glossy paper.
For black & white artwork - Matte paper.
If you print at local shop, ask for their recommendation.
How long does it take to receive a proof of my custom order?
Usually within 2 business day. Orders are not processed over the weekend. If you need something sooner, I do offer rush services for a fee - and can get those out the same day. Please check in with me first though.

Digital downloads are final sale and due to the nature of the items, are not refundable.
