About RosenCustoms

That's me, Matthew Lee Rosen, showing off some baseball card artwork while sporting my favorite custom Cubs Kangol.

Prior to shipping, I finalize each of my paintings with a printed & signed description of the artwork on the back.

Seventy 1989 Donruss Barry Bonds cards, all tiled out and ready for the next step of my artwork process.

Here's a look at my work table with all the vinyl laid out for a 1972-78 Custom Cubs Kangol.

The textured Cubs "C" pattern for the underside of the Kangol bill.
I repurpose vintage baseball cards to celebrate the pop culture of America's pastime. I also design apparel to satisfy my personal style.
I’ve always been very particular about the things I want to wear, and quite often those things do not exist in the marketplace. For years I’ve been designing my own custom apparel... and my Kangol caps always seem to generate tons of attention from strangers. So, I put them Etsy!
After setting up the shop for my Kangols, I began to create original baseball card artwork... and it was a no-brainer to list them online too! Each of my paintings are made with real vintage cards (or reprints of rare cards) and tell visual stories about the history of the game.
I'm happy to take your requests for a custom Kangol or some baseball card artwork. Just send me a message!
