Item is As pictured, however I didnt like the quality of the sweatshirt material

Just like the picture/video that’s shown. Amazing customer service; above & beyond. I bought 2, one for my husband & me. I only opened 1 so far & this is what I can say. Embroidery is beautiful, the inside of the hoodie is soft. It isn’t a thick hoodie, for the most part it’s thin. A bit scratchy on the outside but I’m hoping after a wash it will soften up. Now the other thing I noticed is that the material looks like it will easily be pilling in the future if not taken care of properly. It is a hoodie you need to care for extra. Just wash and hang dry and if you have to dry it then put in delicate or no heat dry (inside out of course so you can care for the embroidery itself) I’ll try upload pics to show. Overall nice and it’s what I was looking for my family trip as I’m the only Ecuadorian so I’m showing my pride! TYSM!
