From the start the seller was so kind and receptive to requests I made. They sent photos whenever progress was made and without me asking which I was so appreciative of! My local courier caused a mishap with the shipping—not at all the seller’s fault—and they were immediately willing to help if they could do something and even asked for updates regarding that. The mask was perfect quality and beyond my imagination. Its fabric is perfect, and it’s so well crafted and shaped! It came with small goodies like a handmade keychain and pin as well as a thank you message and some doodles of the character all over the box. They are so kind, thoughtful, and overall amazing and I absolutely plan to order from them again when possible. A+++

B E A U T I F U L! I gotta admit it looks a bit different than it does in the pictures but it’s been in packaging for so long since Ives waited at least two weeks for it ;-; (not anyone’s fault just where I live) BUT I LOVE IT! THANK YOU! (Love the muzzle :)
