Soy Heidi, una chica de un pequeño pueblo de Indiana que se mudó a Baltimore y se hizo maestra. Los días que me sentía agotada en clase, recurría al arte como una vía de escape creativa. Los productos finales: tarjetas y papelería.
Seis años después, dejé las aulas para dedicarme por completo al diseño y la creación de tarjetas desde mi estudio en mi histórica casa adosada de Baltimore. Trabajar creativamente con las manos me resulta increíblemente gratificante. También considero importante utilizar papel y productos reciclados y sostenibles para los resultados finales. Quiero que mi negocio no solo traiga felicidad a los demás, sino que sea una extensión de mi propio estilo de vida diario, lo que incluye ser consciente del medio ambiente y, al mismo tiempo, ofrecer un producto de altísima calidad.
I’m Heidi, a small town Indiana girl that made her way to Baltimore and became a teacher. On the days I felt burned out in the classroom, I turned to art as a creative outlet. The final products-- cards and stationery.
Six years later, I moved on from the classroom to design and make cards full time from my home studio in my historic Baltimore row house. Working creatively with my hands is incredibly fulfilling for me. I also find importance in using recycled and sustainable paper and products for the end results. I want my business to not only bring happiness to others, but to be an extension of my own lifestyle from the day to day, so that includes being environmentally conscious while still providing an incredibly high quality product.
