A Vision Board is a Motivational and Inspirational Tool that Acts as a Physical Reminder of What You Hope to Achieve Within a Specific Timeline.
We have created a template vision board kit that can be used to display goals, desires and dreams. Our hope is for the vision board to empower you to be focused on achieving each one.
First, we encourage you to reflect on your goals, recollect some of the things you have always wished for, your aspirations and the things you constantly dream about...
Next, think about each goal and narrow them down to figure out what you need to do to achieve them specifically. For example, if you have a goal to become an actor or actress, attending acting classes might be the first step to making it a reality.
Subsequently, list the activities that will support your goals and dreams. Make sure they can be accomplished within a reasonable timeline. For example, plan to complete five sessions of acting classes by the end of the year.
Be sure to gather images and phrases that supports each activity as well as the overall goal. In addition to the provided stickers, feel free to collect other inspirational images or affirmation phrases that will motivate you. For example, gather magazines or brochures that feature the acting program you aim to attend, or print an image of an actor or actress you admire.
Once all the steps above are complete, assemble all the images and phrases that you have gathered and place them on your board in a format that is meaningful to you. Use craft tools to attach your images and personalize your vision board.
Display your completed vision board in a position where you can view it for a few moments each day and most importantly, be intentional and take the steps to manifest and achieve your goals.
