5 out of 5 starsGood quality and exactly what I was looking for. BUT, I assumed the symbols in between words was optional and did not specify what I wanted. Consequently, when I received the banner I was surprised to see them on there. It was easily remedied though by just cutting off the symbol part....just wanted to warn others! Great product regardless.

4 out of 5 starsOverall, great job. My only displeasure is in the accent pieces on either end of the banner. Not what I asked for, and the ones given don't match the theme of the party I'm throwing.

1 out of 5 starsOrdered a card over 3 weeks ago. Was told it shipped and would arrive in 3-5 business days. Then was told it was re-sent due to it being "lost" in the mail and still never received either card to date and the shop now doesn't respond to messages. Very disappointed & poor customer service.
