We’ve attended art shows with our handcrafted jewelry, with nice compliments even from people who don't care to wear jewelry. Art shows are so fun! the awesome talents in their artworks of art pottery, paintings and so much more.
Inspiration comes from lots of places some time ago, my Dad gave me an awesome gift of his Grandmother of which she had; "Designed & Handcrafted" in a time before things where mass produced, she my Great Grandmother Cherokee Indian, it is her work in our shop banner a handmade glass seed beaded, "Bead Work Basket of Flower’s" ~ So beautiful, meaningful to me.
Our Grandchildren influence inspire us, with their awesome talents of seeing things we forget to see. Designing jewelry is for my husband and I the most rewarding, with hoping all our children will enjoy learning and creating.
I also love working with fine fabrics cotton, velvety, stretchy swimwear fabrics. Just thinking about fabric, years ago, I worked for a sewing factory, CAMP TRAILS in Safford, Arizona. My husband’s parents lived in this beautiful high desert place.
