Very well made and fits together perfectly! They provide you with everything you need to install. Love this shop for cat furniture. Just wish they would make the carpet removable for cleaning, maybe use Velcro.

great great great!!!! Value for money just great. The product (cat steps 5 pieces personalized and with round carpet) comes out even better than in the photos. I'm excited and so is my whole family. I'm just speechless what was "conjured up" here. I haven't found that anywhere in Germany (especially at this price including shipping!!!). Very high praise. Everything arrived neatly packaged (but not overly so). I would love to order from Rshpets again and again. TOP. Thank you and keep it up.

Super super super!!!! Preis-/Leistung einfach nur toll. Das Produkt (Katzenstufen 5 STück personalisiert und mit Teppich rund) kommt sogar noch besser raus, als auf den Fotos. Ich bin begeistert und meine ganze FAmilie auch. Ich bin einfach sprachlos, was hier "gezaubert" wurde. Das habe ich in Deutschland (vor allem zu diesem Preis inkl. Versand!!!) nirgendwo gefunden. Ganz großes Lob. Kam alles auch ordentlich verpackt (aber nicht zu übertrieben) hier an. Immer wieder gerne würde ich bei Rshpets bestellen. TOP. Danke und weiter so.

The story of how we created RshPets™

Modern pet stores offer a fairly large selection of claw pads, houses and game complexes for our animals. However, not in all cases, such typical products may fit their owners. And that is reasonable. But we will not waste time criticizing such products. Let’s rather talk about what rshzoo has to offer for your favorites.
Our offers
Beautiful, compact and comfortable for the animal - this is how we can briefly characterize our work. In detail, we are a small, friendly team of like-minded people who want to come up with, develop and create interesting buildings for pets. Our main advantage is not only unique designs.
The models offered on the company's website are very simple in their structure so they can be assembled by the owners themselves. We also suggest the possibility of a separate purchase of additional accessories to expand and improve an existing product. After all, every pet owner knows how our little friends love to explore new things and how they enjoy an opportunity to play with something they haven’t seen before.
We produce products for:
• cats - game complexes, unique and comfortable scratching posts, beds, hammocks, houses, other;
• dogs - multi-sized houses that require installation indoors, or outside houses;
• small rodents (chinchillas, hamsters, guinea pigs) - large-sized arenas with different contents, where they will sleep, play, hide, kill meters in wheels.
Our pets brought us to a new market
We are a team that has been working together for 15 years. During this time, we have gained a reputation as a pro in the field of outdoor advertising. But who does not develop, he lags behind, so it was decided to develop a new niche - the production of goods for our "smaller brothers". Experience in the field of modeling, design, work on CNC machines allowed us to quickly enter a new market with original products. Each of us has a pet that joyfully meets you at home (and some of us have more than one). Therefore, we know how important it is to surround them with comfort and positive emotions - because the pet will then generously share them with others.
• Vitaliy is a co-founder and ideological inspirer of the company.
• Valery is the heart, brain of the company and just a cool guy.
• Andrei has the heart of “Picasso”, and also “golden hands”, that can do everything.
• Sergey is our reliable rear, that will bring any idea to life.
We also have a group of responsible “experts” - these are our favorites, the cat Mix and the dog Barney. Not a single new development is left without their attention, and they tell us how successful our project will be in the future.
Today, our goal is to make all pets living around happier and more satisfied. Therefore, choose a dream house or a large game complex for your little friend, and purchase it through our website. 1. How will my package be packed?
Your package will be packed in a sturdy cardboard box. Each piece in the box is wrapped with stretch film so that there is no friction between them. We also use polystyrene around the perimeter of the box and in the necessary places to prevent damage during transportation.

2. Is it possible to send furniture as a gift to another person?
If you indicate when ordering that this is a gift, then we will attach a greeting card with your note in addition to the order. Due to the fact that the parcels are large, gift wrapping is discussed individually.

Yes, all pillows can be washed in a washing machine on the gentle cycle (30 C).

2. Can the shelves be situated on the street/patio?
The products can be situated on the street\patio, but they must be under a shed, because plywood under prolonged exposure to moisture (rain, snow) may be deteriorate.

3. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or broken?
If this happens, please don't worry! Let us know and we will fix the situation

4. Do you have warranty for the products?
Sure! There is a warranty for the goods during one year.

Yes, all products are possible to order raw. This way the shelves will pass only the grinding stage, after which you can cover them yourself. The painting is calculated individually.

2. Is it possible to personalize shelf?
Yes, it is possible. You can attach a nameplate to almost every product. Just write us the name of your cat when ordering, and we will do it for you!

3. Is it possible to make shelf according to my sketch/size?
Yes, it is possible. Send us your sketch with exact dimensions, and we will prepare a 3D model of the future product for you. After agreeing and approving the shelf with you, we will start to make product according to your sketch.
