As soon as I saw no tracking, seller got on the problem and when the mail service couldn’t find it, she promptly sent a duplicate order. Hats off for great customer service! 👍 As a follow up, a second item was sent, which turned out to have a flaw, so seller sent a third, which was perfect! Many thanks to Christa for stellar customer service, especially at her own expense. 😆👍
