Sharing is caring.

I opened this Etsy store primarily to share my creations, impart a crafting tip or two, and maybe inspire others to enjoy the healing and uplifting process of creation.

While my tendency is to share my crafting experiences through stories and tutorials on my website, blogs, and social media presence, I feel that letting my readers touch and examine the items I make is a good way to share the learning experience and reveal the creative process.

I like simple things -- simple joys. Creating something from scratch or building something from the heart doesn't have to be a tedious and complex process. Crafting shouldn't be complicated. Simplicity is beauty.

Welcome to RubyBeads. Yes, my name is Ruby and I’m into beads! This store primarily offers my personally handcrafted polymer clay beads. On occasion, there are handmade jewelry items that I designed and created with my own hands using my own and/or commercially available elements.

I use an assortment of tools and materials in my creative process, which I usually mention in my item descriptions. Rest assured that each piece is personally handcrafted and rendered one-of-a-kind. No two creations are identical.

Sometimes I offer handmade materials that crafters and fellow creatives can use for their own designs. I gladly share inspiration and project ideas. Feel free to ask me anything about them.

"Each handmade item is unique -- perfect but not flawless. A handmade item is created from the heart, touched by heartbeats that jump with enthusiasm and delight over the creative process. The spontaneous asymmetry, tentative strokes, and chance finger marks are evidence of eager hands transforming heartfelt passion into art form. They make each piece truly special." - Ruby Bayan Llamas
