Great item. Didn’t come with instructions so had to chase them up, but great customer service.

Item arrived in time. Would be better with some instructions although most bits have markings as to where they join.

Shockingly bad quality and gate arrived damaged as it was not packaged at all, just an address label stuck to the wood. Seller communication was poor and ended up with a Etsy resolution. If you are looking for a good quality, aesthetically pleasing product, avoid! Very disappointing experience.

As described and actually cheaper than buying my own deck boards and making one, so excellent value too.

Good quality gate with larger than average pickets placed closely together. It feels heavyweight and it looks good too!

Quality of my beam was excellent, but waited over 4 weeks for it, had to get in touch because no one got in touch with me as delivery was suppose to be on the 19/7 but did not come so they need to communicate with their customers a bit more more, but apart from that I am very pleased with beam

The item is roughly constructed with unplaned boards. Lots of splinters. There should be more photos and better descriptions

Item arrived. Missing major parts for the roof to be built. Already waited a while for the pergola to arrive and now had to wait longer.Measurements are off, so I had to dig out the garden. This was a custom-built pergola also. Only got a 10% partial refund for all the distrubstance this caused. Not built it all yet. Assuming more issues to come.

Arrived in good time, good solid material. Had to ask for instructions to be emailed as they weren't readily supplied, but really pleased with it once it was built and is a lovely addition to our hospital.
