Custom and personalised orders
Yes. Rubysta Jewelry specializes in custom-made lab-grown diamond and gemstone jewelry. You can customize the stone, metal, gold color, ring size, setting, engraving and design details.
Please message us with reference photos, specifications, budget and required delivery date. Engraving must be confirmed before production begins.
Can You Make a Matching Wedding Band?
Yes. We can design a wedding band to fit beautifully with your engagement ring.
Please provide clear front, side and top-view photos, center-stone dimensions, band measurements and your preferred style. A CAD preview may be provided for approval. For the most accurate match, we may request the original CAD file or recommend sending us your engagement ring.
What Metals, Stones and Certificates Are Available?
We offer lab-grown diamonds and gemstones set in:
◆ 925 sterling silver
◆ 10K, 14K or 18K solid gold
◆ Platinum
Gold is available in yellow, white and rose colors, depending on the design. IGI or another independent laboratory certificate is included only when stated in the listing or confirmed before purchase.
Will I Receive a CAD Design Before Production?
A CAD preview is available for eligible custom orders. Please carefully check the stone measurements, setting, ring size, engraving and overall design before approval.
Production begins after final approval. Later changes may require an additional charge and extra time. CAD images are enlarged technical previews, so the finished jewelry may look more delicate at its actual size.
How Do I Select the Correct Ring Size? Can It Be Resized?
If your size is not listed, please contact us. Additional sizes may be available, although larger sizes may cost more because they require additional metal.
We recommend professional measurement by a local jeweler. Resizing depends on the design, metal and stone setting. Full-eternity and certain customized rings may not be resizable. Resizing and shipping fees may apply.
How Long Will Production and Shipping Take?
Standard production normally takes approximately 8–12 business days after the design details and required initial payment are confirmed. Complex custom designs may take approximately 2–3 weeks.
Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and customs processing. Rush production may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
Do You Offer Payment Plans and Gift Packaging?
Payment plans are available for eligible orders. We can begin preparing your order after receiving a minimum payment of $50 according to the agreed payment schedule. Full payment is required before dispatch.
The initial payment may become non-refundable after CAD work, stone sourcing, custom cutting or production begins.
Every jewelry order includes a Rubysta jewelry box. A gift message may also be requested.
What Are Your Cancellation and Return Policies?
Please request cancellation as soon as possible. A full refund may not be available after CAD work, gemstone sourcing, custom cutting or production begins.
Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
Customized, engraved, specially sized, modified and full-eternity pieces are normally not returnable unless defective or different from the approved specifications. Please contact us for instructions before returning anything.
What Does the One-Year Warranty Cover?
Our one-year warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects from the delivery date.
It does not cover normal wear, scratches, chemical damage, accidental damage, bent bands, improper care, incorrect sizing, missing stones or work performed by another jeweler.
Please send clear photos and a description of the problem. The jewelry must be inspected before warranty coverage can be confirmed. Shipping charges may apply.
How Should I Care for My Jewelry, and What About Duties or Order Problems?
Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, sleeping, exercising or using chemicals. Store each piece separately and clean it gently with mild soap, warm water and a soft brush. Sterling silver may naturally tarnish, and plated finishes may wear over time.
Customs duties, VAT and import fees depend on the destination. Unless DDP delivery is confirmed in writing, these charges may be the buyer’s responsibility.
If there is a problem, contact us through Etsy with your order number, clear photos or video and a description. Keep all packaging and do not return or repair the jewelry before receiving our instructions.
