Announcement    Hello, I'm Efren Buzzo, a fitness enthusiast with over 15 years in the industry, fit trainer, dancer, and founder of Rue8ody Products. I've taught various group fitness formats and always found joy in guiding others through functional movement, dance, and an active lifestyle. Alongside my passion for fitness, I also have a keen interest in clean organic plant-based skincare and hair care. Around two years ago, I began formulating my own products, and now I'm excited to share with YOU!

As a Mexican, I grew up immersed in a rich tradition of herbal teas, home remedies, and customs that revolve around plant-based supplements and foods. This deep-rooted connection to nature's remedies was passed down to me by my grandmother, mother, and sister, all of whom are deeply involved in herbalism and phytoteraphy. In our family, we turn to plant-based ointments, herbal teas, and fruits to address various health needs before considering traditional Western medicine. This holistic approach, ingrained in many Latin American families, has profoundly influenced my journey in creating plant-based products.

I initially created RueRub for personal use, relying on it to soothe sore muscles after intense dance classes and workouts. It was during these moments of relief that I realized its potential to benefit others engaged in physical activities. This realization sparked my journey to share RueRub and other plant-based products with a wider audience.
