Based on clear communication with the seller, I ordered 2.5mm black moissanite beads for a client’s proposal. Delivery seemed fine, I immediately noticed the strand was graduated, with bead sizes increasing toward the center. The beads were not uniform, appearing to be a mix of 2mm and 2.5mm, despite the importance of consistent sizing being clearly stated. For a proposal piece, uniform machine-faceted beads best reflect precision, commitment, & premium quality. Hand-faceted beads suit artistic designs but not milestone jewelry. When shown to the client, she rejected the proposal immediately. I chose not to leave a bad review, hoping the seller will improve in the future. I reworked the closest-matching beads into a multi-layered rosary chain necklace.

Custom and personalised orders
We have a simple procedure for customized order, the steps are as below
1) Start a conversation with us and send us the message asking for customized jewelry. You will get a reply within a few hours, as soon as one of our team member have your message.
2) Please send us the design you would like us to make for you, or discuss the idea with us we can also design it for you.
C) We make jewelry using, Moissanite or Sapphire, or any other gemstones as required by you. We can make jewelry in 925 Silver, 14K, 18K, 20K, 22K, 24K and Platinum. We can make it in White, Yellow, and Rose Gold.
D) We will send you CAD before we make the ring and send you images of a completed ring.

Care instructions
Diamonds &Jewelry caring is a very important part once you use them on a regular basis.
We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts forever
1) Please do not wear the ring at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume.
2) Keep your ring away from chemicals.
3)Do not use any kind of acids or chemical liquid or any other cleaning agents to clean Loose Moissanite or Jewelry before confirming with Jewelers
4) You can use Nail polish remover to clean the stone but avoid making contact with metal.
Use a soft brush to clean the stones, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily
