Communicating with Run Wild Engraving
Please send any questions regarding your order thru Etsy convo system only as due to receiving many emails daily there is a good chance we will not see an email to our personal email address. This also makes it easy to know exactly which order the message is in reference to. Thank you!
Damaged in shipping
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and damaged box/package. We will need this info for insurance purposes. As soon as we have all photos needed we will remake your order and ship right out to you.
Order Processing
We will work to get your orders engraved and shipped out to you quickly. Typical turnaround time is 3-7 business days. All orders are sent with tracking and you will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.
Natural products/variations
Leather, stone and wood products are natural and will have variations in tone, pattern/grain etc. No two products will be alike. This is completely normal and what gives these products their uniqueness.
Do you offer proofs?
Yes! We are happy to send you a proof *after purchase*. We do not automatically send them so just let us know in the note to seller box at checkout that you would like one. At this time we are not able to offer proofs prior to purchase. Proofs are sent thru Etsy messages only and approval will need to be thru Etsy messages also. Work will not start until you have approved the proof. We will send the proof thru Etsy within 24 hours (typically sooner). Proofs will need to be approved within 4 days or we will cancel/refund the order. The quicker you approve the quicker we can get your order shipped to you. **Please Note: We are NOT able to send photos of orders/products after production/before shipping.**
My package shows delivered but it is not here. What do I do?
First, please double check the address you submitted with your order is your current address. If it was correct you will want to reach out to your local post office and/or mail delivery person right away and have them help you. They can check the delivery scan gps info and help you find it.
