Vinyl decals will stick to many surfaces. Walls need to be mostly smooth without much texture. They aren't just for walls though, they also stick great to chalkboards, windows, glass, mirrors, metal and plexiglass etc. 

Vinyl decals are NOT compatible with the following:

Poster Board
The environmentally friendly paints such as stain resistant, low voc and non voc. 
Medium to heavily textured, bumpy/grainy walls. 
Paneling/brick/cement. I do not recommend canvas surfaces.
**We cannot guarantee the vinyl decal will stick to your intended surface. Please send us a message if you would like a free test sample before you purchase as we cannot refund for decals not sticking. We offer FREE test decals as a courtesy to test before you purchase.

For monogram purchases:

Please leave your initials in monogram order if that is how you would like it to be cut. Traditional monogram order is: first name initial, last (family) name initial, middle name initial. It is very important to leave the initials in the exact order you want them cut in (from left to right). For example if your name was Hannah Marie Smith your traditional monogram order would be hSm. We cut all monograms in the order they are given so please double check the order you give them. 

Size is measured from top to bottom and side to side. Measurements include all aspects (words/design) of the decal. 

Many of our decals have size options. You can choose the size you would like from the drop down menu. If there is not a drop down menu the size will be listed in the item description. 

There will be a color chart in every listing. It is typically the second or third photo. **Please note: The light gray is very light!

Proofs will ONLY be sent after purchase (we do not send prior to purchase), no exceptions. We are happy to send a proof of what your decal will look like before cutting it if requested. Please note: if you do request one your order will not be shipped until we get aprroval from you.

Vinyl decals are removable, however they are not reusable. They cannot be repositioned once they are placed on your desired surface. They are intended for one time use only. 

We are happy to send you a sample to try before you purchase so you can verify if a decal will stick to your desired surface. Please send us a message with your name and address and we will get it mailed out. 

Our decals are die cut (they have no clear outline or backing). They are cut from rolls of vinyl and will be just the lettering or design. You apply them with the transfer tape that will come on top that you will remove once it is where you want it. We send detailed instructions with every order. We only use the highest quality vinyl and transfer tape in our shop. Quality is very important to us! 

Due to the customization (personalization, colors, size etc.) We are not able to accept exchanges or returns. All orders are custom cut especially for you after you place your order. We hold no stock.

No refunds or replacements will be made due to installation errors.

Please use Etsy convo system for all communication. We receive a very large number of emails to our regular email daily so messages are easily missed or get filtered out as spam. We are sure to see messages in our Etsy convos and can match what order you are referring to this way. Only communication thru Etsy will be able to be responded to. Thanks for understanding! 

No, we do not offer any expedited services (overnight etc.) at this time. All orders are cut and shipped in the order we receive them and shipped thru the post office. We ship orders Monday thru Friday. All orders are shipped with tracking that will be emailed to you.

If your decal arrives damaged (thankfully this is rare!) please send us a convo via etsy message system within 7 days of receiving the decal with pictures of the unused decals damage from shipping. Please retain all items, including packaging for insurance purposes. We will ship you another decal.
