What are your printing tips?
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) and print at 100% / "Actual size". Use the US Letter files for 8.5 x 11 in paper and the A4 files for A4 paper. Cardstock (65-110 lb) works best for game cards and tags, and regular paper is fine for planner and activity pages. You can also take the files to a local print shop. Printed colors may look a little different from your screen.
Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, I don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges on digital items. If a file won't open, prints wrong, or is missing something, message me and I'll make it right.
How can I use the files? (license)
Purchases are for personal use only. You can print as many copies as you need for your own home, family, party or classroom. Please don't resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, printed or digital.
How do I download my files?
Once payment goes through, go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews on Etsy (or open the link in your confirmation email) and click "Download Files". Downloads are easiest on a computer. ZIP files need to be unzipped first (double-click on a computer, or use the Files app on a phone). Your files stay available in your Purchases, so you can download them again anytime.
