Domestic shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Packages are promptly shipped (from Orange County in Southern California) within one business day, sometimes on the same day. Delivery times can be as short as the next day (local delivery within California) up to 5 business days for delivery to other parts of the country. Shipments are made 6 days a week, excluding Sundays & postal holidays.

Shipping upgrades to USPS Priority Mail (average delivery is 1 to 3 business days) and USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS (average delivery is overnight to 2 days) are also available during checkout for an additional fee.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION is available for all domestic packages for an additional fee during checkout.

Canadian orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Package International. All other international orders ship via Asendia USA with full tracking. Final delivery is handled by recipient's local postal service.

Package theft AFTER a package is marked DELIVERED (per tracking info) is not covered and no refunds will be issued in these cases. Please ensure you have a safe location for deliveries before placing your order.

Please notify seller within 14 days of delivery. If possible, use original packaging (poly mailers may be turned inside out & re-taped) to ship back item(s) to seller at return address on original package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and it is advisable to use a traceable shipping method.

Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Refund will be issued for purchase price of item, excluding original shipping costs (which are non-refundable).

If an order is placed with an incorrect address, please notify seller immediately with the correct information. Once a package is in transit with the postal service, it is not possible to revise the address.

In the event that a package is undeliverable and returned to seller, the buyer will be notified and issued a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer will be given the option to re-purchase item(s) with the correct address.

No refunds will be given for packages that have been delivered (based on tracking status).

This shop uses a combination of new and some recycled materials. All items are carefully packaged in rigid cardboard boxes, attractively gift-wrapped, and inserted into poly mailers.

If you prefer minimal (but appropriately protective) packaging, please notify seller during checkout.
